I am Stephen Reustle, a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with years of experience spanning multiple industries, including Corporate International Accounting at one of the world's largest Asset Managers, Global Consolidations at a Fortune 500 leader in its field, and Fund Accounting for a well known global Private Equity firm.

During my tenure at these organizations, I continuously honed my craft, and built a reputation around transforming processes from end-to-end. In doing so, I was able to attain an eye for identifying how I can add true value as an accountant in different business settings. What that means is saving time, reducing the friction of the business, anticipating risks, and generating a means to understand the drivers of profitability. 

Beginning in the Fall of 2025, I began to recognize that the value I was adding, which benefitted some of the world's largest organizations, could be meaningfully directed towards businesses where names could be put to faces, and the impact could not only be seen, but could truly enhance the lives of those in my community. That is how Reustle Accounting and Finance Solutions was born. We aim to cater our services to Small and Lower Middle Market Businesses with Bookkeeping, Outsourced Accounting, and Fractional Controllership packages that can help operators focus on what's important to them - the business itself.
